Avenue 32 is looking for an experienced and creative Stylist & Coordinator to join the Ecommerce team.

Key Tasks and Responsibilities:

  • Actively set the brand styling direction for ecommerce product photography, incorporating trend presentations and designer information to ensure consistency of style and support buying strategy.
  • Work closely with Buying & Merchandising to gain a clear understanding of the brands carried on the site, the products and their best-selling features to guide the studio into producing the best possible imagery.
  • Proactively manage the studio budget and studio calendar.
  • Direct models and work with studio photographers to select best model imagery on shoot.
  • Compile weekly shoot lists and liaise with the Operations team to ensure timely delivery of stock prior to shoot.
  • Manage the relationship with the external studio to ensure shot count targets are met, reshoots are kept to a minimum and all imagery meets cropping and colour-matching standards required.
  • Work with the Digital Content team to update content plan on a weekly basis, prioritise turn-around of any urgent imagery and meet imagery submission deadlines for bi-weekly go live dates.
  • Manage the relationship with model agencies and organise castings on a regular basis for ecommerce model shoots.
  • Update and enrich the ecommerce style guide on a seasonal basis.
  • Ensure all freelance stylists follow the Avenue 32 styling guidelines (both on mannequin sets and where required on model styling).
  • Develop a holistic vision of product styling to ensure styling is luxury & respectful both of the designer brands and of the Avenue 32 aesthetic, from the use of styling props to the understanding of brands and how they fit together.
  • Ultimately set the styling direction of the brand for Avenue 32 ecommerce product.
Skills and Experience required:

  • Strong fashion and styling sense with the ability to incorporate new fashion trends.
  • +3 years styling experience necessary (preferably luxury).
  • Experience dealing with external agencies.
  • Great organisational skills.
  • Proficiency with Word and Excel.
  • Previous stock management experience preferred.

Avenue 32 is looking for an Editorial Intern. This internship role will include helping our Fashion Assistant to prepare for shoots, liaise with PR companies and efficiently complete pulls and returns. It will also include assisting the Editorial Team with the creation of content for our Social Media platforms, designer bio's and fashion features along with general administrative duties..

Applicants must be proactive, organized, detail-oriented, creative, professional, and have a positive attitude..

The successful candidates will need to have a strong interest in fashion or a fashion-related degree, have accomplished written English skills, and great organisational skills. Knowledge of Adobe Photoshop and InDesign would be beneficial and strong IT skills are essential. Above all, candidates need to be hardworking, enthusiastic and have a great eye for detail; they must be able to handle multiple tasks at once and work well under pressure.

Avenue 32 is looking for a full-time, fixed-term Client Services Intern to be based at our West London Head Office.

This role sits at the centre of the organisation as a high-profile, customer-facing liaison between the Buying Team; Logistics; Client Development and Customer Services.


  • Assisting the Client Services team with general tasks and admin support.
  • Working on the order system to process customer orders.
  • 'Walking’ Customer orders through to completion.
  • Providing crucial style and outfit co-ordination advice to customers.
  • Liaising with the warehouse team and courier companies.
  • Facilitating customer returns.

We are looking for an astute Buying and Merchandising intern to join our fashion team.


  • Assisting the buying and merchandising team with general tasks and admin support
  • Assisting the BAA and Assistant Buyer with managing the product inventory
  • Creating reports / data analysis as and when required
  • Completing in season buying analysis with the merchandiser
  • Completing any other ad-hoc tasks required from buying team; such as trend analysis, competitor research, calling in samples/imagery, booking trips/tickets, managing contacts or liaising with designers alongside the BAA

  • Studying related course/relevant industry experience
