Avenue 32 is looking for a Product Copywriter & Coordinator to join the Ecommerce team. Combining a keen interest in fashion with a flair for words, you will create engaging and accurate product copy for all categories, across the website.

Key Tasks and Responsibilities:

  • Work with our in-house stylist at the photography studio to ensure that product copy is written for all new product on set (can be between 25 and 40 products per day) and delivered to deadline.
  • Follow Avenue 32 product copywriting guidelines to make sure all elements of required copy are covered.
  • Follow Avenue 32 tone of voice to ensure product copy is on brand.
  • Adhere to SEO best practice.
  • Write elevated editorial copy for Editor's Notes, basing styling tips on the styling done by our in-house stylist on set.
  • Complete size and fit and technical details.
  • Ensure measurements are taken according to guidelines for all relevant product.
  • Support the Content Production team to manage the studio calendar, book studio dates and models.
  • When required, assist with compiling weekly shoot lists and liaise with Operations team for new stock deliveries.
  • Have a strong sense of style and knowledge of current trends, to be conveyed in product copy.
  • Incorporate customer returns feedback to improve copy on a weekly basis.
  • Add to product phrasing dictionary to develop and strengthen the tone of voice of Avenue 32.
  • Work on ad hoc copywriting projects across the website to improve customer experience and onsite conversion.
Skills and Experience required:

  • Accomplished native-level written English skills with faultless grammar, spelling and attention to detail.
  • Broad vocabulary of garment & tailoring terms.

Avenue 32 is looking for an creative and enthusiastic intern to support the Ecommerce team.

Shadowing and reporting into the Content Manager, this is a creative role encompassing a variety of responsibilities including Visual Merchandising and Digital Marketing.


  • Assist in all aspects of new product content lifecycle, from content uploads through CMS and FTP to support product going live, to ensuring product is optimised into all relevant categories on site, working with VM colour matrices to ensure colour stories are maintained.
  • Use the Content Management System to ensure all product is fully optimised for cross selling opportunities, with a full range of ‘Complete the Look’ and ‘You May Also Like’ styles.
  • Assist Visual Merchandising of seasonal Trend Pages and Boutiques.
  • Collaborate with the Editorial team and Digital Marketing team to support homepage editorials and emails with commercial shopping pages or ‘Shop the Stories’.

Avenue 32 is looking for a full-time Buyer to manage the Accessories, Shoes, Bags, Jewellery & Swimwear departments. Reporting into the Senior Buyer, Owner and Managing Director, this role requires a solid understanding of multi brand retailing and cutting-edge luxury fashion.


  • Work closely with Senior Buyer to manage the OTB, selection and buy strategy each season.
  • Attend weekly trade meetings and action relevant points for your department each week.
  • Attend weekly buying review meetings to discuss strategy & actions for week ahead.
  • Actively manage stock in-season to achieve & exceed sales targets (this includes stock cancellations, swaps, re-orders and returns).
  • Work with the Senior Buyer to ensure consistent and coherent buy is done each season.
  • Regularly research and source new designers, brands and products and ensure that Avenue32 is first to market with new products and brands each season. This includes securing exclusive products and brands.
  • Attend fashion weeks and relevant trade shows to build and maintain designer relationships.
  • Responsible for scheduling own appointments & travel during fashion weeks.
  • Responsible for negotiation of terms and conditions with existing and new vendors.
  • Responsible for achieving margin, sales and sell thru targets each season for your department.
  • Ensure right mix of products and brands for site at all times.
  • Maintain awareness of competitors’ position in market.
  • Responsible for accurate pricing across all products on site within your department.
  • Collating trends and presenting buy to rest of team internally and working closely with other areas of the business to ensure the buy is communicated clearly each season.
  • Work closely with PR Manager to organise press days & events each season.

Skills and Experience needed:

  • Graduate degree (or equivalent) and 5 or more years of experience as a fashion buyer in a multi-channel retailer.
  • Strong knowledge of the luxury accessories market preferred.
