CURRENCIES

We accept payment in pounds sterling (GBP), US dollars (USD) and Euros (EUR). You will be charged according to which country your registered billing address. Customers from the UK (excluding Northern Ireland) will be charged in GBP. Customers from the United States and Canada will be charged in USD. Customers from EU member countries will be charged in EUR. Customers from all other countries/states will be charged in GBP.

PAYMENT BY CREDIT OR DEBIT CARD

Avenue 32 accepts cards from all major providers, including VISA, MasterCard, American Express, Maestro (UK domestic), Delta, Solo, Visa Electron and Maestro (International). If you wish to pay by credit or debit card, you will need to select this option at the checkout stage. Your card will be charged once payment has been authorised by your card issuer and after your order has been accepted (at the dispatch stage), usually within 1-2 days after placing your order.
Please note that the original card which was charged will always be the one which is refunded.

SECURE PAYMENT

Avenue 32 uses the standard encryption method, Secure Socket Layer (SSL), in order to safeguard your details when you are making a purchase. Some card issuers are participants in additional security checks, such as the 3D secure system to ensure that the security of your payment details are not compromised. This requires you to enter a registered password before your payment can be authorised. The password is registered with your card issuer and will not be visible to any Avenue 32 employees. You will be required to enter this password every time you make a purchase, even if you have saved your card details on Avenue 32.

SAVING YOUR PAYMENT DETAILS

When you make a purchase at Avenue 32, you will be given the option to save your payment details for the next time you shop.  To ensure your security, all of your details will be saved in an encrypted form and therefore will not be visible to Avenue 32 employees. If you are concerned about the safety of your details, then please contact your card issuer immediately to investigate the problem. You can choose to have your card details removed from the system at any time. Please note that if you have saved your card details you will need to update your details to reflect any change in personal details; for example, changes to your name or address.
