Avenue 32 is looking for an Operations Manager to join our London Head Office at an exciting time in our growth and global expansion.

Reporting into the Commercial Director, the successful candidate will work closely alongside the Customer Services Team; Buying & Merchandising and Ecommerce as well as manage the relationship with our 3rd Party logistics partners including regular visits to our warehouse in Kent.


• Manage and Co-ordinate all inbound deliveries from 150+ international designers

• Maintain all Supplier Guidelines and SLA/compliance documentation

• Establish and achieve all putaway; quality control; pick-and-pack and fulfilment KPI’s

• Liaise at executive level with 3rd Party warehouse Collaborative Demand and Returns forecasting with Merchandising and Warehouse

• Co-ordinate inventory movements between warehouse and Press, Photo Studio and Editorial locations Maintain stock integrity between WMS and Ecommerce Platform

• Constantly improve and innovate service delivery; monitoring global competitor activities and technology Manage multiple, overlapping projects with head office and warehouse teams

• Budgetary responsibility across all operations

Skills and Experience:

• Natural predisposition to service delivery Strong systems and business process experience Confidence and ability to influence, challenge, motivate and collaborate with multiple parties and groups

• Ecommerce fulfilment and/or customer services experience in premium/luxury fashion environment advantageous

• Advanced communication skills, both written and verbally

Avenue 32 is looking for an Editorial Intern. This internship role will include helping our Fashion & Editorial Assistant to prepare for shoots, liaise with PR companies and efficiently complete pulls and returns. It will also include assisting the Editorial Team with the creation of content for our Social Media platforms, designer bio’s and fashion features along with general administrative duties. Applicants must be proactive, organized, detail-oriented, creative, professional, and have a positive attitude.

The successful candidates will need to have a strong interest in fashion or a fashion-related degree, have accomplished written English skills, and great organisational skills. Knowledge of Adobe Photoshop and InDesign would be beneficial and strong IT skills are essential. Above all, candidates need to be hardworking, enthusiastic and have a great eye for detail; they must be able to handle multiple tasks at once and work well under pressure.

This role sits at the centre of the organisation as a high-profile, customer-facing liaison between the Buying Team; Logistics; Client Development and Customer Services.

We are looking for an enthusiastic & highly skilled individual to fill the role of Fashion Features Editor within our editorial team.

The role will report to the Creative & Editorial Director and will be integral to providing and managing the fashion features and written content for the Avenue 32 Magazine and all other creative written content. The ideal candidate would need to work well in a fast paced environment and have a strong background and comprehensive knowledge of fashion, fashion brands, runway trends as well as exceptionally strong writing and editing skills. The role also requires strong visual sensibilities.


• Generate editorial concepts liaising with the Creative & Editorial Director based on the requirements of other departments.

• Writing, editing and conceiving all editorial written content. Providing dynamic and enticing cover lines, headlines, sells and fashion stories to ensure maximum engagement.

• Managing & creating the editorial calendar. Seasonally as well as week on week.

• Lead ideas meetings with the writing & editorial team and develop editorial content that is both inspiring and meets the commercial requirements of the business.

• Liaise with external contacts and PR’s to secure interviews, acquire quotes when relevant.

• Managing, editing and developing the features assistant and any interns.

• Assist in checking all the weekly issues for errors and house style.

• Working closely with Creative & Editorial Director in order to ensure the tone meets brand requirements and reflects the imagery within the features.

• Liaising with other departments within the company to ensure the editorial department are meeting all written word requests.

• Staying up to date on fashion, style, influencers and the creative industry as a whole in order to coincide editorial features with social & commerce calendars.

• Tracking all stock movement, orders, quantities to ensure brands are being optimised

Skills and Experience:

• Experience in generating editorial content and story ideas for a leading fashion magazine or online magazine

• You will have a keen eye for trends and be confident in generating and delivering ideas

• Excellent written English and precise editing skills

• Time keeping and ability to produce a high volume of stories whilst meeting deadlines

• Expert knowledge of fashion, designers and brands

• Originality, creativity, and overall quality of editorial content

• Team Player with a resourceful can do approach, who thrives in an entrepreneurial, fast paced environment

• Confident in managing and developing junior members of the team

• At least 2 – 3 years experience in journalism with a large amount of experience in digital and with a proven background in fashion
