RETURNS

 

The Avenue 32 Returns Policy is aimed at providing a fast and effortless returns experience. Please follow the appropriate instructions below, within 15 days of receiving your order, to facilitate a quick return and refund.

Please note that Avenue 32 can only accept liability for orders returned using our pre-paid DHL EXPRESS Service and are unable to track or insure against losses using other carriers.

 

 

REGISTERED CUSTOMERS

If you placed your order as a registered customer, simply log into your account, go to My Orders and select the order you wish to return or part-return, within 15 days of receiving your order.

Follow points 1 – 3 below.

GUEST CUSTOMERS

If you placed your order as a guest customer, simply visit our Guest Order Returns section at the bottom of the website. Enter your Order Number and billing post code of the order that you wish to return or part-return, within 15 days of receiving your order.

1. Select the reason for return on the relevant items and click the 'Return Items' button to generate your returns number.

2. Please write the Returns Number on your Order Invoice in the space provided, and tick the item(s) you are returning. Please include your completed Order Invoice inside of your returns parcel.

3. You will have received a Returns Pack which contains your prepaid DHL EXPRESS Shipping Label inside. Please remove all pre-existing labels on the package and then affix the DHL EXPRESS shipping label provided. The Eco packaging has a re-sealable strip to securely seal the box.

 

 

US & ROW CUSTOMERS

You will have received a Returns Pack which contains your Returns Commercial Invoices and prepaid DHL Express Shipping Label inside.

Please complete all copies of the Returns Commercial Invoices identically and specify next to each item you will be returning:

• the quantity being returned

• the total value of the returned item(s)

Please place the completed copies of the Returns Commercial Invoices inside the plastic sleeve provided. This needs to be attached to the outside of the box.

Please note: When you pay duty at checkout, Avenue 32 pays this duty directly to your country's customs and revenue departments on your behalf. If you choose to return any items we will refund the full value of these goods to you, excluding duty and shipping if applicable.

 

 
 

RETURNING YOUR ITEMS

Book a free DHL Collection Online:

Please go to DHL.com and select your location. Select ‘Book a Courier Collection’ and choose ‘eReturn Shipment’. Enter your return waybill number which you will find below the first barcode on the pre-printed DHL EXPRESS returns label. Follow the steps on the DHL website to book your collection.

If the option to select your location doesn’t come up automatically, click on ‘Country Profile’ in the top right corner on the page, select your location and click on the first tab ‘Express’

Book a free DHL Collection by Phone:

Please go to DHL.com and select your location. Please follow the steps to find your local DHL contact number. Please provide your return waybill number which you will find below the first barcode on the pre-printed DHL EXPRESS returns label. Follow the steps on the DHL website to book your collection.

OR

Drop off your parcel at a DHL EXPRESS Service Point

Please go to DHL.com and select your location. Select ‘Find a DHL Service Point Location’ to find your nearest DHL EXPRESS drop off point.

 

 

FAULTY/INCORRECT ITEMS

All of our garments and accessories are thoroughly quality checked before leaving our warehouse. Should you receive a faulty or incorrect item, please contact our Customer Services team immediately by:

Please note: all items being returned must be returned in their original condition, with all labels attached. We cannot accept the return of any item which no longer retains the quality in which it was received.
