RETURNS

 

The Avenue 32 Returns Policy is aimed at providing a fast and effortless returns experience. Please follow the appropriate instructions below to facilitate a quick return and refund.

 

 

REGISTERED CUSTOMERS

1. If you placed your order as a registered customer, simply log into your account, go to My Orders and select the order you wish to return or part-return, within 28 days of receiving your order.

2. Select the reason for return on the relevant items and click the 'Return Items' button.

3. A returns number will be generated.

4. Please write the Returns Number on your invoice in the space provided, and tick the item(s) you are returning. Please include your completed invoice inside of your returns parcel.

5. You should have received a Returns Pack which contains your prepaid DHL Shipping Label inside. Please remove all existing labels on the package and affix the DHL shipping label provided. The Eco packaging has a re-sealable strip to securely seal the box.

 

 

GUEST CUSTOMERS

1. If you placed your order as a guest customer, simply visit our Guest Order Returns page, enter the order number and billing post code of the order that you wish to return or part-return, within 28 days of receiving your order.

2. Select the reason for return on the relevant items and click the 'Return Items' button.

3. A returns number will be generated.

4. Please write the Returns Number on your invoice in the space provided, and tick the item(s) you are returning. Please include your completed invoice inside of your returns parcel.

4. You should have received a Returns Pack which contains your prepaid DHL Express Shipping Label inside. Please remove all existing labels on the package and affix the DHL Express shipping label provided. The Eco packaging has a re-sealable strip to seal the box. Please ensure that your parcel is completely sealed.

UK/EU CUSTOMERS

Booking a free DHL collection:

Please go to DHL.com and select your location. If the option to select your location doesn’t come up automatically, click on ‘Country Profile’ in the top right corner on the page, select your location and click on the first tab ‘Express’. Select ‘Book a Courier Collection’ and choose ‘eReturn Shipment’.

Enter your return waybill number which you will find below the first barcode on the pre-printed DHL Express returns label. Follow the steps on the DHL website to book your collection.

Drop off your parcel at a DHL Service Point

Please go to DHL.com and select your location. Select ‘Advanced Search’ to find your nearest drop off point.

US/ROW CUSTOMERS

You will have received a Returns Pack which contains your Returns Commercial Invoices and prepaid DHL Express Shipping Label inside.

Please complete all copies of the Returns Commercial Invoices identically and specify next to each item you will be returning:

• the quantity being returned

• the total value of the returned item(s)

Please place the completed copies of the Returns Commercial Invoices inside the plastic sleeve provided. This will need to be attached to the outside of the box.

FAULTY/INCORRECT ITEMS

All of our garments and accessories are thoroughly quality checked before leaving our warehouse. Should you receive a faulty or incorrect item, please contact our Customer Services team immediately by:
